With the integration of over 300 employees from 24 SportX stores, Ochsner Sport — Switzerland’s leading sports retailer — welcomed its newest team members at a large - scale kick - off event at Wankdorf Stadium in Bern. The goal: to celebrate this milestone with energy, emotion, and a strong sense of unity.

We developed and directed the creative concept for the event’s fashion show — a powerful live moment that showcased the new Ochsner Sport collection. From creative direction and choreography to full event staging, we turned performance into messaging. The runway became a dynamic stage where fashion, movement, and brand identity came together to welcome the new team in style.

Over two inspiring days filled with insights, challenges, and surprise visits from Swiss sports icons Didier Défago and Viktor Röthlin, the fashion show stood out as a highlight. It brought the brand’s energy to life and made the new team members feel seen , valued, and part of something bigger — the largest sports team in Switzerland.
